The following download consists of templates which you can edit and use for your own dental practice.
Step 1: Edit Templates to your liking. You may also just print and use them as is.
Note: Some of these images are from my own patients and some of the images are just from Google. I own no rights to those images and utilize them under Fair Use Rights for Educational Purposes Only
Step 2: Take to a print shop such as FedEx. Print and Laminate the Cards.
This download is just the template - not the cards themselves.
